Deciding

So -- I have to officially decide by Friday! Until a couple of weeks ago I was 100% sure I wanted to be in Finland for a year, but now I feel very, very indecisive. If you have an opinion, please offer a suggestion. Which country should I choose: Finland, Sweden, or Iceland?

i should say finland, so you'll be really confused!!! i think you'll have so much fun no matter where you go...

hmmm, it's tough! i really want to learn icelandic; plus, iceland is beautiful, but it seems pretty isolated. sweden, i guess, is the most logical choice but i don't know if my reasons for going there are solid enough (i do have to write an essay about that!)

why is Sweden the most logical choice?

from what i've heard, the language is less challenging than icelandic or finnish. also, with the program in sweden i'd get to travel more than i would in iceland or finland, which sounds nice!

i am really over-thinking this. i'll be delighted no matter where i go!

i agree that you'll have a great time no matter what, but i am leaning toward iceland. i think it will be engrossing enough that you won't feel isolated and since i'm assuming you'll live in really big cities a lot in your life, and island could be a cool experience.
